It's time to step it up a little. Becky generally offers an exercise program targeted at beginner to mid level, but this week...we're kicking it up a notch. It's a little more of an advanced work out so if you're new to the game, take your time with what you'll see and go at your own pace. You'll need a barbell and some weights, you'll need a kettle bell and a step and you'll need to check with a Dr. before you start this or any other work out program.
