New week new work out!  Some of the same old standby's though!  Fit and Healthy With Becky aims to pull you into a healthier lifestyle easily without requiring a lot of up front investment or hoops to jump through when it comes to getting going.  Just getting started is a task in and of itself, and with Becky, she's here investing in you for the long haul!  Ease you into things, and before you know it, you're going to want more!
