We're back at The Gym in North Muskegon for this weeks show, and you won't need more than what the Good Lord gave ya. Your body weight and a mat, and of course, the floor will do just fine in the absence of the mat. The thing this week is, a "little" challenge is what she's calling it.....some may consider it boot camp. It might be advanced for some, for others, it might be that moment they have been looking for to dip deep...deep into the reserves of adrenaline and endorphins.
