Becky enlisted a workout buddy for these few weeks. Tina is along for the fun as we're working with a bench and a kettle bell weight. You don't necessarily need either specifically, but if you can use a dumbbell or a chair or a bench you might find around the house to add to what you're going to be doing this week, it can only help . Strength, stability and the core will all be pushed this week, all the way down to your tippy toes. Tina's work will be your motivation to make sure that you are keeping pace and participating properly.
Keep in mind, the workouts here are designed for any fitness level and that you see a shortened example here, but the idea is repetition, so the workout will be ideal if you do the suggested exercises 3 times through and it's not a matter of how fast you do them, but more of how focused you are on the movement.
