Fit and Healthy With Becky - Episode 227 - Combo Workout

Up and at 'em!  It's time to get the motor running for the week and while the snow globe doesn't really seem to want to shut off for the season just yet, that's no excuse to wait for the day to happen!  Becky is here with a workout that will get you moving and pretty much take you on a world tour of your body and all it's parts with a pair of 7 pound dumbbells.  

 

The dumbbells are not required really, but a little added resistance is always a bonus as we've talked over the years.  Your fitness level and ability should factor in to any added resistance when you participate in this or any workout.  Arms are the first to get some attention this week but worry you not.  Becky is going to move it all right down along your body.  Core, legs and everything are going to be factored in and in the end, when you've done this workout 3 or 4 times through, you will be feeling it!

Like any exercise program, please ask your Dr. if you are in good enough health to begin.  Drink plenty of water and don't forget to warm up, stretch out and let's go!  It's episode 227 of Fit and Healthy with Becky, brought to you by Mercy Health on the Muskegon Channel.
