It was a week of retro celebration last week on Fit and Healthy With Becky as we went back to the beginning and showed you episode 1 from all those years ago when we began!  We're thankful once again for your participation and our amazing sponsorship from Trinity Health to help bring it all to you!

This week, we're back to business at the Folkert Community Hub in the Andy Blair Sports Complex as Becky is showing off the interior or our areas newest sports facility.  Named after Andy Blair who's daughter Alivia was the inspiration behind No More Sidelines the Andy Blair Sports complex boasts basketball courts, plenty of room for spectators, elevated viewing areas, a snack bar that young people can operate and be vocationally trained in and more.  It's also available for public use like the rest of the facility.  If you'd like to know more, a visit is recommended.  It's an awesome place with an incredible mission.

Becky has some arm work for you today along with a little bit of core.  Can't hurt you to have a set of light weight dumbbells on hand for a little added resistance! Always check with your Dr. before you begin this or any workout program.  Remember too to drink plenty of water and warm up and stretch out before you begin!  Here comes the real episode 250 of Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Trinity Health.

 

 

We have set a course for the next 250 episodes!  Becky has been here through thick and thin and we're continuing to bring you the best of the quick workout to get you going in the right direction and then from there, it's up to you to do them 2-3 more times through for the complete and full effect.  We're also really thankful to the Andy Blair Sports Complex in the Folkert Community Hub for the space to film.
