Up and at 'em for a new week and new workout from fitness guru Becky Biesiada! This week, she's offering the basics! You'll need a couple dumbbells and a floor. Sure, she's going to add lots of beauty, grace and all that stuff that makes it "look easy", but hey...at one point even Becky was a beginner so...where you might be intimidated by the beginnings of a workout program, take it one step at a time and you'll get there!
