Welcome to episode 95 of Fit and Healthy with Becky!  It's a simple week really, all you need is you.  However...you're going to need to really put a little something into it, because planking....it's not exactly easy.  :)

It's a 5 minute work out stressing 5 different styles and you'll be building up some endurance on this one!!  Some of you might be thinking "5 minutes....pshaw", well, let's just see how that's going for you at the end!
