Becky is back this week from The Gym in North Muskegon and she's got a little elevation for you to add to the amazing workout you're about to embark upon! After all, what would a new week be without a new outlook, a new start and a new challenge?
Becky is busting out a bench, a stair step or something along those lines. If you don't have one, don't sweat it. You can use a stair in your house or something along those lines. She's got ways to make any exercise program fit for anyone. If you get a nice start here, consider one of her group settings at The Gym or maybe you need a little one on one attention, she's got that too.
