You've seen Becky at work with resistance bands before, but this's bigger, wider and she's going to show you how to use one even tied up!  Fit and Healthy With Becky is brought to you by Trinity Health! 


We work weekly to bring you great options on working out from the convenience of your own home or wherever you'd like to get going on it.  Becky is a Certified Personal Trainer and the goal is to provide a weekly workout that's fresh with ideas, and maybe suggest a tool or two along the way that can add to the pursuit.  What you see is always adaptable to not needing the additional elements like the resistance bands this week, but if you have them great, if not....just do the body motions.

This week, she's focusing on legs, back and midsection.  It's a midlevel workout that you should complete 4 times through for the full effect and of course, you can always come back later in the day and repeat it too for a little more "umph" as they used to say.  It's all an investment in you and it's all part of helping the quality of life you have continue on.  Remember, consult a Dr. before you begin this or any other workout program.
