We were set to film on Friday, and Mother Nature along with a real estate deal saw differently. This week, we go back for a rewind just a few short weeks ago to work your arms and legs with some simple dumbbells.
This week, it's a lot of arm and leg work with some midsection attention too. Becky is using some fairly lightweight dumbbells for some added resistance and strength. We are back in the beautiful setting of Lake Harbor Park in Norton Shores for a few weeks and delighted that we can be out in the fresh air with the sounds of spring happening all around us and the occasional passer by wondering what we're doing while filming. It's really a great opportunity to film like we do all over our beautiful community and be able to show off the sights and sounds of the area.
You'll want to make sure you check with your Dr. before you begin this or any workout program. You'll want to also remember to warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water. It's all part of a healthier lifestyle and no matter what you put into it...a little or a lot, there is a return and that return grows the more you invest in yourself.
