Becky is ready to get you moving on a Monday with Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health.  This week, she's bringing in a plate weight (like you'd put on a barbell)  to help add some resistance to your workout for your legs and midsection.


This stretch of workouts in Becky's new private gym are for those who might be a little more advanced.  Her weight plate is heavy and if it's too much for you, you are welcome to go for a little lower weight or leave the added resistance out all together.  The importance of repetition is key and the purpose of the legs and midsection is essential to your over all well being.  So much depends on your legs and core from mobility to balance and everything in between.

We ask that you consult with your Dr. before you begin this or any workout program.  We also advise you to warm up, stretch out and drink a LOT of water while you working out in this late summer heat wave.
