You have picked a delightful day to get Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health.  You had last week off after three big weeks of some pretty hefty workouts so Becky is easing you back into it some with the necessity of you only bringing what the Good Lord gave ya to the program this week.


There's an awful lot of cardio here. Don't' think you're getting off that easily.  There's also a lot of strengthen and tone stuff going on for both your arms and legs, but with a week off last week and the accelerated workouts the few weeks before, getting back into the swing of it is where we're at.  Becky is also working in her new private studio.  It's a really great spot that inspires hard work and provides a gym feel like a boxing club maybe?  It's full of no nonsense "work hard" apparatuses and all the items you need to hit the "hard to reach" spots for tone and shape. 

As always, please remember to drink plenty of water.  Warm up, stretch out and of course speak to a physician before you begin this or any other work out routine.
