Welcome to it!  Monday has arrived once again, and it's yours ro make of what you wish!  Becky would like to have some say in that...if you are game for it, it's time to get your crackers out of that bed, grab yourself a big drink of water and limber up!  Here comes episode 308 of Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health. 


The resistance bands are back! It's been a while since we've broken these out.  Adding some extra "umph" to your workout is the goal here and to be able to utilize these bands that come in any number of strengths to match your ability is an advantage you can add if you have them.  Becky is really working the legs and midsection this week and with or without the extra resistance, it's a more intense routine as was last weeks and the next couple weeks to come.  The resistance bands are not required for this weeks workout, you can get a great session in with or without them if you follow the instructions of repeating the steps three to four times through.

We need to remind you to that it's essential that you check with your Dr, before you begin this or any other workout program.  Remember too that warming up and stretching out is important and water....drink it!
