We hope you enjoyed the break last week.  Becky has been really pushing the followers of Fit and Healthy with Becky for a while helping make the most of higher end workout's.  Maybe a little too much.  The requests have been heard.  This week, it's super low impact seated and at a pace that anyone can manage.  Fit and Healthy With Becky is brought to you by Trinity Health. 


It's a challenge, to keep up the balance of intensity for the various audiences that come weekly for Becky's workout.  There's always the option of using the search on the Muskegon Channel site to find more or less intense workout routines.  We generally refer to the level of them in the title, so, should you really want to push it or if you need something for a beginner, search Fit and Healthy and pick your pace!  Simple as that.

Becky is going to take you through this weeks work out from a seated position on a bench or a chair and to complete this properly, the best practice is to do the total 4 minutes 3 times through.  Arms and legs are the focus and in the process, you'll get some attention to the core muscles.  If you are mobility challenged or maybe you've gotten in to your golden years, but still want to keep active, this is an awesome way to do just that in bursts of working out followed by short breaks and then repeating.  Becky is a Certified Personal Trainer and her expertise is in all stages of physical fitness, so you are in good hands.   

Remember, it's essential to warm up and stretch out.  Drink plenty of water and always consult your physician before you begin this or any other workout program.
