Monday!  We're ramping thigs up just a little too this week on Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health.  We've had a couple of weeks slowed down for beginners and those in need of a lighter paced work out.  Edging back in some to increase the difficulty as well as the weight you will work with if you are ready for it.


Light weight dumbbells are recommended and the stability ball is an added element that will give you an "unseen" advantage when it comes to those really hard to find muscles that you'd miss otherwise.  Some people even adapt a stability ball to be their desk chair at work to get the benefits from it as they work on a computer all day.  This weeks workout focuses primarily on arms, but the overall you're going to get by adding that stability ball is going to exponentially increase the benefit.  Of all the added equipment we show you from time to time on the Fit and Healthy show, this would probably be on of the better ones to buy if you are so inclined.  


Remember, it's essential to warm up and stretch out.  Drink plenty of water and always consult your physician before you begin this or any other workout program.
