A wonderful kick off to the week comes from investing in yourself a little.  Becky is here to help you along with that and as you get ready to face a new week, it's an opportunity to get your heart rate up a little, knock the sleepiness out of ya and get after it!  Fit and Healthy With Becky is brought to you by Trinity Health. 


5-8 Pound dumbbells are suggested this week, but not required if your level of fitness isn't quite ready for that yet.  This is really a well balanced effort among strength, stamina and cardio this week and Becky has slowly been building up till this point for the last few.  It's been a natural progression for those just entering into a fitness routine, so if you are early in your journey, you can use episodes 314-318 on a regular basis to help get the wind under you to get going.  There's plenty of arms, legs and core in here.  You're in good hands. 

Remember, it's essential to warm up and stretch out.  Drink plenty of water and always consult your physician before you begin this or any other workout program.
