Monday came again and once again, you are being greeted by the one and only Becky Biesiada for Fit and Healthy With Becky Episode 319 utilizing TRX straps.  Fit and Healthy With Becky is brought to you by Trinity Health!


TRX straps are amazing at isolating hard to find muscles to strengthen and tone just about anywhere on you.  Here's the thing though.  If you don't have the TRX straps, you can use something like a rope, maybe a belt, or how about a towel wrapped around a sturdy anchor point and get the same benefits you would with the tools you see in today's video!  There is a lot of upper body work this week and Becky doesn't leave out the legs.  You'll see toward the end how that anchor point helps to stabilize the motions that you're doing to really benefit your legs.  As a final thought, when you complete this workout....yes, you are ok to complain about "arm day" tomorrow, this will make you "feel the burn". 

Remember, it's essential to warm up and stretch out.  Drink plenty of water and always consult your physician before you begin this or any other workout program.
