A very happy Monday to you!!  We are focused on your core this week using a stability ball to help along the way on Episode 320 of Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health!


A stability ball is the adult version of that hop around ball we had as kids. As with all things "grown up" it's not quite as fun as bouncing around the basement or garage like you used to, but, it's an amazing assist to those who use them for an added layer of enhancement for their workout.  If you don't have one, you can go through the routine making the same motions on a mat or the floor, but for about $15 bucks, you can add one of these to your home equipment and have it on hand for future episodes.  This week is pretty intense core work and Becky will take you through 4 different exercises with a 15 second break in between them.  

Remember, it's essential to warm up and stretch out.  Drink plenty of water and always consult your physician before you begin this or any other workout program.
