It's a very happy Monday morning!!  Becky is here with her weekly edition of Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health!  This week, she's going to be using some stability bars.  They are tools to help you balance and hold or they can be used to help you attain levels of lift when making motions too.  If you don't have these tools, you could consider a chair or a bench that you might have around the house, or nothing at all.  The important part're here and ready to go!!  Let's get to it!. 


Becky has got you from head to toe this week! She's giving you a full body workout focused on strength and endurance while adding in some cardio and balance practice.  One key thing to keep in mind is your personal fitness level.  There may be some moves this week that are a little difficult for some and that's ok.  Don't go past the limits you feel are too much for ya.  

Remember, it's essential to warm up and stretch out.  Drink plenty of water and always consult your physician before you begin this or any other workout program.
