Jodi Jarvis- Therrian came on guns a blazin' with Dog Blessed on the Muskegon Channel not long ago.  We first met Jodi before the holidays and she gave some tips about what to avoid feeding pets at the holidays, and from there, the response was that people wanted more.  Not only more, but people wanted to be a part of the program by helping sponsor the work.  Jodi has done an amazing job of cultivating relationships everywhere she goes.  Well, one of those relationships just happens to be a place she frequents for her very own pets, The CBD Store of Michigan located in Fremont.

CBD is the non mind altering portion of hemp and it's long been said to help in a lot of different ways.  CBD is short for Cannabidiol and from the Wikipedia site about it - "Studies suggest that CBD may help with both falling asleep and staying asleep. Chronic pain. Further human studies are needed to substantiate claims that CBD helps control pain. One animal study from the European Journal of Pain suggests CBD could help lower pain and inflammation due to arthritis when applied to skin".  The further human studies are needed because as the government works to remove the criminalization aspect of hemp, cannabis or marijuana, research can begin in more comprehensive studies than has been allowed for decades due to the current classification.  There a lot of people who have been positively effected by CBD since it's availability was made legal in Michigan.  Like any medication, what's right for you may not be for someone else.

The CBD Store of Michigan concentrates on a few things.  1) Knowledge.  They know a lot about all of the 60 plus product lines they carry and the can help you find what's right for your needs.  Pain, sleeplessness, anxiety, skin and more.  All have found CBD to have a positive effect on helping.  2) Quality.  Locally sourced and 3rd party tested products including Blue Lake CBD which is the brand that the CBD store makes themselves.  No guessing what might be in your product if you buy it at some gas station or discount store.  Purity and quality come first and they post the results right online for you to see.  3) Value.  Making sure that you're not being over charged or being sold a bunch of stuff you don't need....hey, this is a fairly new kind of market.  It's very easy to find some hustler who talks a fast game and just wants to make a quick buck, or you can find someone who's dedicated to the long term, sourcing locally for ingredients and providing information based answers to your concerns.  These are the principles Rod Glupker founded the CBD Store of Michigan under.

Rod's store is right on Main Street in picturesque Fremont.  Right across from the Police Station, so, you can be 100% sure that no shenanigan's are going on.  The store ships to all 50 states so if you'd like to try it out discreetly by having it shipped to you, Rod can most likely answer any questions for you over the phone or online and make a recommendation.  There's an entire line of CBD products for pets too!  Asking Rod in the video, the difference is taste.  "Humans taste is a little more geared away from tuna, but it that's your flavor...."  Take a listen to our chat and learn more.

Some see it as natural medicine. Some see it as "alternative" and others classify it as "holistic".  One thing is for sure.  As research grows and more and more people try CBD, it's pretty clear it's not going away anytime soon.  One thing we should mention.  If you have a medical concern, speak to your doctor.  If you are looking for what CBD can help with, a visit or a call to the CBD Store of Michigan is a great first step.  616-291-9558.  You can also visit Blue Lake CBD online to learn more about their product line and of course, visit the CBD Store of Michigan online by clicking below.
